Each year, our Y4 and Y6 cohorts enjoy residential visits which support their independence, confidence, social skills, and physical and mental wellbeing.
 

 

Herd Farm

Y4 stay at Herd Farm, which despite being only a 20-minute drive from school, feels much more remote - perfect for our lower key stage 2 pupils who may never have stayed away from family before.

There, pupils and staff enjoy a range of activities, which may include: crate stack, leap of faith, bushcraft, pottery, BMX cycling, etc.
         
 

Kingswood

Y6 visit Kingswood in the Dearne Valley where they also enjoy a wide range of activities, such as zipline, climbing, abseilling and canoeing.
