Pool Methodist Chapel	St Wilfrid's Church

When Covid restrictions are not in place, we enjoy Collective Worship in school with clergy from both Pool Methodist Church and St Wilfrid's. 

At Christmas, our choir have proudly sung at The Methodist Chapel for the group: Otley Action for Older People. It's a great opportunity for our pupils to mix with the community and a very enjoyable time for us all to join together and sing our favourite Christmas carols. 
 
A Christmas service which our pupils volunteer to be involved with, playing their musical instruments and singing. We are very proud that they represent our school and community so well at this traditional annual service. 
 
The trust was set up as a family trust by the Kirk Family. Money is spent supporting the work of the Church and other Christian organisations, primarily those working with children or young people. 

Every year we receive a donation which funds a 'Beginners Bible' for each child in Reception and a book for each child leaving at the end of Y6, examples of which include: 'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe' by C.S. Lewis and 'Treasures in the Snow' by Patricia St. John.
